Superset 1:
•Banded Squat Pulses x10
•Banded Kickbacks x20 R/L

~Rest 1 min, Repeat 4x~

Superset 2:
•Cable Kickback Variation x15 R/L: set the cable in the middle of the machine and point your toe downwards for SERIOUS glute isolation🔥
•Med Ball Burpees x15

~Rest 1 min, Repeat 4x~
