I KNEW I made a good decision when I decided to bring this compact resistance band set with me on my trip. Just tied a band around the nearest palm tree and got to it 💪
I promised some of you ladies I would make a video using these to target the inner/outer thigh area (adductors/abductors). I hope you like this one. It is SUPER EFFECTIVE for tightening and creating leg definition. 🔝

Try these like I am hands-free. You will be surprised at how difficult it is to maintain balance. Engage your core. You can also alternate the adductor squeezes front and back.
