A couple months ago someone mentioned to me that I had big quads and no hamstrings. Prior to this past month I definitely did neglect my hamstrings and when I took a good look at them I did notice that they were ugh lacking to say the least lol ?so I’ve been working on my hamstrings consistently this past month and I can already see a difference ?? I used to mainly do quad exercises for all my leg days but now I split my leg workouts into quads on one day, hamstrings one day, and glutes the 3rd leg day? this just happens to work for me so keep in mind everyone’s body is different, but so far I’m loving what I’m seeing ??

It’s almost hard to believe I used to be super super and I mean super skinny a few years ago lol. It’s actually really difficult for me to put on weight, so it’s been an exciting challenge. I lift super heavy btw (like more than most guys at my gym lol )
