  1. Out of the 25 fitness models that you should follow to see results, I choose you even though you’re not on the list!! To me you have the best legs and butt out of everyone, and that’s exactly what I want my lower body to be ???. I’m currently stuck at your “before” pic… Skinny with muscle.. I know all the exercises, just don’t know how to set up a workout for each day :(. If you could give me your workouts for your leg and glute days that would be fantastic! Do you do legs 4 days a week? So you do hamstrings on separate day from quads? Do you do glutes on your leg days? How many days a week do you train legs vs glutes? Please help. I’m losing motivation because I work out 5 days a week all lifting and resistance bands, yet I’m not gaining…. I want those thick legs and ass but perfect muscle like yours
