Legday today was great ! You know when just everything feels great & you’re sweating all your problems away ?? awesome feeling ? well here is a new video for you guys. ???
1️⃣Exercise 1: 12×4 on each leg , add more weight if it doesn’t burn!
2️⃣Exercise 2: Do this for 1 min x4 and i’m sure your legs will be sore!
3️⃣Exercise 3: 12×4 on each leg ?
4️⃣Exercise 4: 15×4 or until you die ?
