#beforeandafter #results during my #flexibilitytraining session w #balletdancer in #training Sydney. After years of #dance training she was so tight ( as with most dancers/#athletes ) she did not even know where to start. She will continue to train with my pre-filmed online. #flexibility intensive course to reach new levels!!!!

  2. @tarak2004 That’s the whole point… is the real progress is that she is now able to actually reach and grab her leg now ✌️

  3. For my pre-filmed online Flexibility intensive course staceynow.com One on 1 Skype staceynemour.com thank u

  4. @jasonsg000 It’s because she’s holding her leg. If you’re holding it you can go higher. And if she was already able to lift it like that she was already able to hold it. Try it, it’s not that hard..

  5. @onys5566 that’s exactly true because the results r from just 1 session so obviously she’d be wearing the same outfit
