These are bad quality videos but I decided to work on squat form today. In the first video I realized I was leaning forward too much and I need to go 1 inch lower. In the second video I was trying to adjust and pay attention to my back and my depth, but it’s still a work in progress. The way to determine if a squat is low enough is to see if your quads are parallel to the ground. So even though the videos aren’t the best all I needed to see were my hips and quads. Even though my form isn’t perfect, doing more weight activates my glutes more so I just need to work on form here for a bit. Life’s a work in progress. •
